The Financial Management

Expert's advice

Mr. M. Rezig

Finance and Accounting Consultant

Financial analysis can be defined as a set of analysis methods using financial and economic data intended to assess the company as a whole and to evaluate its performances, its financial situation and its risks.

Beyond financial analysis, financial management aims at other aspects as complex as each other:

  • Companies’ valuation
  • investment strategy and criteria and choice of investments
  • Means of financing and choice of methods of financial investments
  • Normative working capital

In both the public and private sectors, our managers use this tool very little and often not at all, knowing that it allows them not only to understand their financial statements but to interpret them assess their companies’ financial situation and their management performance.
