The training of human resources is becoming a stake of high importance  that allows the company to prepare the required skills for its development. Preparing the skills of today and tomorrow in the scope of improving performance improvement remains a precious asset for all development of the organization,

Through my interventions within BCS Group Institute in different areas of management, management and HRM, I notice the growing need in terms of new approaches, methods and tools in HRM to optimize the HR process .

What I observed relates also relates to:

The difficulty of establishing an H,R dashboard

In most of cases non-existence of a skills management system,

Work and skills’ previsional mansagmenet  is almost absent,

The HR function does not fully play its role,

The interfaces between the HR function and the other functions of the organization still are to be redefined,

The training of HR staff remains insufficient.

It is therefore urgent to redefine the missions and responsibilities of HRM to reset it at the level of strategic function in our organizations.
