Among the mistakes a manager can make is to think that the key to his success would lie only on their technical skills. If these are indeed necessary, they are however not enough.
They are expected to:

- Optimize resources management and report to the upper level,
- Maintain good internal and external relationships,
- Negotiate with their interlocutors,
- Ensure the quality of its activity,
- Guarantee the development, sustainability and steady improvement of their activities.
Given the challenges resulting from the process of business changing environment, the manager’s competence can only be shown through the mastery of management tools.
