Professional Masters in Executive Management
Description:
Managers face a multiplicity of information processing coming from an unstable and threatening environment: Deregulation, pricing changes, increasing competition, constantly evolving technology, NICTs, etc are all factors that impact managers' strategies and their decision-making. To face these challenges, they should have multidisciplinary knowledge allowing them to analyze and implement operational tools and management techniques. The aim of this course is the assimilation of an operational approach preparing managers to better understand the organization’s operation in its human, technical, legal, commercial, financial and accounting dimensions. In that scope, the program includes a knowledge update on all organization's processes and their interactions allowing manager to "think global and act local".
Goals:
- Improvement, consolidation of management knowledge,
- Development of business management skills,
- Assimilation of the importance of the business environment (in particular legal, commercial),
- Acquisition of knowledge, approaches and updated tools for strategic and local management,
- Allow the manager an ability to adapt to the type of organization and environment he will have to face.
- Adaptation to socio-economic environments and types of professional organizations
Training duration
50 training days scheduled over 10 months / 1 to 2 days a week: Thursday / Saturday. In addition to a month period to report the internship activity.
Access Requirements
Baccalaureate + 3 years
High school level plus at least 3 years of proven experience in the field
