Master Pro Operational Marketing Training
Description:
Knowing how to sell a product and / or services, retaining customers, maintaining and increasing market shares are valuable skills in an unpredictable and competitive business environment. The acquisition and development of knowledge in this course will allow the person jobholder a better mastery of knowledge for the piloting and the implementation of modern practices in marketing and in commercial management. The program will also shed light on the operational marketing approaches and practices whose objective is to build, implement and evaluate the marketing actions effectiveness. The content of the program is accordingly designed to train operational profiles able to promote products and services by adapting to their environment.
Goals:
- Setting and implementing a marketing policy,
- Knowing how to promote products and services in line with the social and economic environment,
- Analyzing customers' present and future expectations and needs,
- Knowing how to prepare a communication plan
- Mastering the relationships with customers,
- Knowing how to monitor and evaluate the results of marketing actions,
- Becoming familiar with the practices and approaches of operational marketing.
Training duration
40 training days spread over 10 months / 1 to 2 days per week: Thursday / Saturday. Plus one month to report the internship activity.
Access Requirements
Baccalaureate + 3 years
High school level plus at least 3 years of proven experience in the field
