Master Pro Training in Ergonomics
Description:
Ergonomics stands as an essential "science of work” for the improvement of operating systems reaching all sectors of activity and various workstations‘ conditions. The usefulness of work content analysis - in its Human, environmental and equipment interfaces is now increasingly recognized and globalized in countless production and service processes. The results obtained reflect the effectiveness of the ergonomic approach both from life quality improvement and professional well-being perspective, as well as from a performance improvement perspective. The operating systems' Ergonomics professional master meets this need and becomes a major asset for any business optimization project. Thus, the backgrounds of the Master in "Ergonomics of work systems" become paramount in the sustainable improvement of work processes.
Goals:
- Understanding what the activity represents for the jobholder in a given situation,
- Developing observation techniques, data collection and analysis of the workstation,
- Knowing how to observe and analyze the interfaces and interactions of activity in a work process,
- Mastering the methods and tools of ergonomic intervention
- Developing job descriptions
- Facilitating, simplifying, stabilizing the work process
- Taking ownership of the ergonomic approach
Training duration
40 training days spread over 10 months / 1 to 2 days / week: Thursday Saturday. Plus one-month period to report internship activity.
Access Requirements
Baccalaureate + 3 years
– Sociologists / psychologists
– Engineers – TS-methods, scheduling / maintenance / production / quality control
– Or, high school level plus at least 3 years of proven experience in the field
