The maintenance function, called the support function , is vital for any reliable operation of the production processes. The content of this course will develop the different types of maintenance and will emphasize the current trend of “zero breakdowns”. From this perspective, This training will enable the acquisition of the relevant knowledge and know-how for mastering the various maintenance subsystems and managing intervention on equipment. This training also aims to train executives and managers from this sector in the maintenance process by integrating industrial security, management of constraints and interfaces, with the other subsystems of the organization in the prospect of a continuous improvement. Moreover, this course will allow you to acquire the required skills to observe, analyze, and intervene in a methodological, normative and regulatory framework aiming to provide solutions that sustain operating equipments’ reliability.

Goals:

- Knowing how to set a maintenance policy,
- being aware of the maintenance standards,
- Knowing the maintenance system and subsystems,
- Applying management and analysis tools in maintenance,
- Assimilating the maintenance project management approach,
- Developing a maintenance procedure,
- Mastering the maintenance and inventory management interfaces,
- Building a maintenance dashboard,
- Auditing the maintenance system.

Training duration

50 training days spread over 10 months / 1 to 2 days per week: Thursday / Saturday.

Access Requirements

Baccalaureate + 3 years . Engineers technicians operating in industrial maintenance sector.

Or:
High school level plus at least 3 years of proven experience in the field
