Master Pro Training in Human Resources Management

The appropriate know-how to acquire, stimulate, keep and manage skills remains a precious asset for an organization’s development. Our training center relies in our experience to provide modern management theories and practices to train the most sought-after profiles in the H.R.M sector in collaboration with experts, researchers, scholars and practitioners.
Goals:
- Integrating the HRM in a scope of development and fidelity of HR.
- Acquiring and master the fundamental HRM knowledge and practices in the organization.
- Mastering the techniques and methods to stimulate human resources.
- Taking charge of missions effectively (service / department...etc.) and carry out the goals set by HRM in the managerial, regulatory and normative framework.
- Mastering the jobs and skills forecast management
- Handling the legal instruments and implement them
- Assimilating the social partnership fundamentals
Training duration
40 training days spread over 10 months 1 to 2 days per week: Thursday / Saturday. In addition to one-month period to report the internship activity.
Access Requirements
Baccalaureate + 3
High school level plus at least 3 years of proven experience in the field
